Website construction paused as my lack of teeth is delaying the final four vidoes 🙄
The SOTD PITCH DECK video outlines what i'm doing and why.
The S.O.T.D OTT platform will create and broadcast six satirical, animated sport tv shows per week
#1 Premier League
Global tv rights generate over £12.5 Billion every 3 years for the Premier League, and significantly more for the various global broadcasters.
#2 Indian Cricket
The population of India exceeds 1.4 billion and most Indians are fanatical about cricket.
#3 Premier Euros
Focusing on the English and Scottish clubs in the CL, EL and ECL, topped off with audience participation in the form of underpant dancing.
#4 Formula One
As with the Premier League, Formula One has an existing global audience.
#5 Aussie Rules
Aussie Rules Football is insanely violent and is played by men with a hilarious attitude towards life. This sport is the dark horse of SOTD.
#6 Super Lig
58% of the country support one of 3 teams, which is an anomaly that isn't repeated anywhere else on the planet in any other sport. The Turkish Super Lig is significantly easy to manipulate.
O.T.T
O.T.T platforms, risky, or risk free?
FYI, this video was made following my teeth extraction and my dentures have left me with a lisp on the letters F and S, which means no more videos until i regain my speaking voice.
What is the capital needed for?
(Video script)
To create six tv shows a week from scratch, staff writers will be required, as all of the shows will be scripted. A.I is not viable as sport is tribal, which requires a blend of historical knowledge and sarcasm, attributes that only humans can bring to the table.
The managers and players require voices, which means acquiring the vocal talents of celebrities, and impressionists.
Two experienced film editors will be required to spread the workload, plus a small team of animators.
The OTT platform is relatively cheap, however the bandwidth carrying the traffic can be costly, hence the investment increase from £12 million to £20 million, which is £4 million per year for 5 years.
There will also be a cost associated with PR, Marketing and advertising, although i'm in two minds about that, as Freud Communications, M&C Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi and others have an inability to respond to basic, new business enquiry emails, which calls into question company mantras like "Nothing is impossible"
Hmmm
